TIM remunerates employees in accordance with all international and Brazilian laws and regulations. TIM cooperates with the Brazilian unions to agree to fair remuneration of Brazilian employees. Besides that TIM provides a package of employee benefits that is in compliance with the Brazilian standards. For foreign employees TIM remunerates in accordance with all international regulations. Salaries are paid out correctly and quickly.
For all employees, TIM provides an insurance package containing an accidents cover (or life insurance) and cover for medical costs abroad and the costs of repatriation. In consultation with TIM, good 24-hour assistance is offered through the insurer’s international emergency desk.
