TIM was founded in 2010 and is a co-operation between the Dutch based company TOS and the Brazilian based company Internacional Marítima. So TIM is a co-operation of two well known and reputable maritime service suppliers that have profound knowledge of the international and Brazilian market. TOS has its head office in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and has branches in Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine and Indonesia. Internacional Marítima is domiciled in São Luis (Maranhão state) and has branch offices in Rio de Janeiro and Santos (São Paulo state).
